- Weekly emails containing 7 pre-vetted dinner recipes that include ONLY healthy ingredients. I hand pick each recipe for flavor and edit them to make sure you and your loved ones are getting only the healthiest meals.
- A weekly lunch/dinner menu created by a Certified Nutritionist to provide structure & help you eat better without dieting or deprivation. All meal plans are based on my Whole Foods way of eating and can easily accommodate gluten free, dairy free and sugar free dietary preferences. I also incorporate seasonal eating so you’ll get the best flavors & highest nutrient levels in your produce.
- A BONUS Breakfast Options Menu to help give you guidance on starting your day with health & yumminess.
- Weekly personal inspirational videos to help keep you motivated, inspired, hopeful & educated.
- Suggestions for meal prepping if you need to save time and prefer not to cook every night. Don’t feel guilty if you don’t want to cook 7 nights a week! I include 7 recipes for those who do all their cooking, but don’t feel obligated to make every recipe. Maybe you’d rather cook 4 nights a week and Meal Prep or eat out occasionally. Simply choose the recipes that look the best to you and make the program work for you.

CUSTOM MEAL PLAN
This program is an excellent option if you want a more customized meal plan based on certain food preferences. Complete a client intake form (or setup a meeting in person or via zoom with me) and then I’ll create a meal plan tailored just for you. In this plan, you’ll receive everything included in the standard meal plan, but it will be tailor made for YOU!
