Cleanses
When your eating habits have been sliding and you need to get back on track, a cleanse is a great place to start. You can do a quick 3-day reset or my 30-day challenge depending on what feels right for you. I recommend doing the 30-day challenge once a year in the springtime just to give your digestive system the rest and reset it needs going into summer.

Daily exposures to toxins in our everyday environment can eventually build up and reduce the efficiency of our body systems resulting in many negative side effects. These side effects range from mild annoyances such as body odor or bad breath to serious illness or disease.

Where do I begin?
If you’re brand new to health & nutrition, I’d start with the Personal Health Plan. You can download it immediately and it contains the most information to help you understand healthy eating. You’ll also get a sample menu and eating guidelnes to direct you as you make healthy life changes to your eating.
What do you recommend as a weight loss strategy?
I’m not a fan of dieting. Instead I recommend a Whole Foods way of eating that encourages weight loss and improves overall vitality. Once you learn to eat this way, you can adopt your new habits for life. No yo-yo dieting, no starvation or deprivation, just yummy healthy foods!

What is a cleanse and why should I do one?
A cleanse is a short term adjustment of food intake aimed at giving the digestive system a rest. A cleanse can range anywhere from 1 day to several weeks. During this time, you will focus on eliminating heavy foods and consuming light, energizing foods that are easy on the gut. I offer a 3-day and a 30-day cleanse. I recommend doing the 3-day cleanse after the holidays or any time you need a boost and a reset. The 30-day challenge is best done once annually (usually in the spring).
Some of the benefits of a cleanse may be improved gut health, better energy, weight loss, mental clarity, improved immune function and better nutrient absorption just to name a few. Your personal results depend on where your starting point is and what current health challenges you are experiencing.
The cleanses I offer are meant to work in conjunction with a balanced, healthy diet such as the Whole Foods Eating plan offered in my Personal Health Plan.
What is the difference between a Cleanse and a Detox?
A cleanse is a short term adjustment of food intake aimed at giving the digestive system a rest. Cleansing is more of a maintenance practice. A detox targets specific detox pathways in the body and clears and cleans them. For example, if you have kidney stones you would want to do the kidney detox to eliminate them (or prevent them).
Both Cleanses and Detoxes benefit the body in many ways and can be done in conjunction with one another. However, I do not recommend doing them at the same time, but stagger them by a few weeks.
What kind of support will I receive if I order a cleanse or detox?
My number one goal is to help you any way I can to become a healthier YOU. I am available via email or text to answer any questions you may have about procedure, products, or any other challenges or questions that arise regarding your cleanses and detoxes.
Do you do Meal Plans?
Yes! I offer a subscription service for Meal Plans. For a low monthly fee, you’ll get weekly dinner meal plans including recipes, tips for meal prepping lunches, breakfast suggestions and informational videos to keep you motivated. Every meal in the plan fits with my Whole Foods Eating program and is tasty! All meal plans can accommodate gluten-free, dairy free, sugar free dietary preferences. Custom meal plans based on your personal preferences are also available.
